Felicia Taylor joined WebPT as Chief People Officer in 2022, bringing with her more than two decades of experience developing global human capital solutions for business scale-up and transformation. As CPO, she is a thought leader for the Executive Team, delivering excellence through forward-thinking people strategies that align people enablement to business strategy. Her broad experience includes culture cultivation and design, change management, strategy alignment, employee experience and engagement, M&A, total rewards, compensation strategies, and talent acquisition and retention.

Most recently, Felicia was the CHRO at Trintech, a global financial technology company with solutions that transform the financial close process for the office of the CFO. Previously, Felicia served in a number of roles at RealPage, Inc., the leading global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry, with her most recent role being the Multifamily Division HR Vice President.

Felicia has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management. She holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification and a Professional in Human Resources California (PHR-CA) certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Felicia lives in Texas with her artist husband J. Taylor, their daughter Marley, and their dogs Onyx and Kingston. She finds balance and purpose in mentoring, volunteering, meditation and yoga, and spending quality time with her family.
