Jeff Schmidt is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in database administration and engineering. Currently serving as Director of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and previously holding various roles including Manager of Database Engineering and Senior Database Administrator at WebPT since March 2019, Jeff has demonstrated leadership in optimizing database environments. Jeff began the career in database development, initially at WorldCom and further developing expertise through ongoing education, including participation in SQL Saturday events.
