Ipek Guler

Ipek Guler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and community management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Webshare Software since February 2022, Ipek previously held roles as Community Manager and Customer Support Specialist at Lifecake and Canon EMEA from September 2015 to May 2020, following Lifecake's acquisition by Canon in April 2015. Ipek holds a Master of Arts in Audiovisual Translation and Popular Culture from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts with Joint Honours in Drama and Italian from the University of Kent.
