Dr. Tonya S. Rivers

Dr. Tonya S. Rivers, DBA, PCC, BCC, SPC, DTM, currently serves as Program Lead & Instructor of Business Analytics and Adjunct Professor at Webster University since January 2016. As the CEO and Founder of Purposed2Lead, LLC, and an Executive Program Leader with Maxwell Leadership since February 2015, Dr. Rivers specializes in executive coaching and leadership development. Additional experience includes roles as an Enterprise Agile Coach across various companies such as Bayer, Strategic Staffing Solutions, and Reinsurance Group of America, among others. Dr. Rivers holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Business & Leadership from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and multiple degrees from Webster University, including an MBA and degrees in Computer Science and Management.
