Madeleine van der Steege

Madeleine Van Der Steege has extensive experience in leadership, business consultancy, and education. Currently, as part of NedNXT since September 2018, Madeleine focuses on helping international companies navigate the Dutch market using sustainable practices. In addition, as an Adjunct Professor at Webster University since 2017, Madeleine teaches subjects such as International Business and sustainability leadership. As the founder of the Business Women Teylingen Network, established in December 2016, Madeleine provides valuable resources and support to women business owners. Previous roles include leadership consulting at SYNQUITY, overseeing European operations at I&W Research, and organizational coaching at Leadership Action & Alignment. Madeleine holds a Master's degree in Social Science from the University of Johannesburg, specializing in mediation training programs.
