Will Lancaster has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Will started their career as a Team Member at a Chick-fil-A Franchise in 2014. Will then worked as a Middle School Intern at Austin Ridge Bible Church in 2014, where they helped plan activities and interacted with students. In 2015, Will served as a Football Film Crew member at Texas A&M University, filming practices and games for analysis. Will also worked as a Counselor at Pine Cove, leading campers in Bible studies and activities. In 2016, they returned to Pine Cove as a Projects worker, assisting with camp maintenance and program support. Will interned at City Electric Supply in 2017 before joining All Service BCS as a Worker. In the same year, they co-founded Thomas Brothers Candle Co., where they developed scents, managed an online store, and handled customer service. From 2018 to 2021, Will worked as a Technical Service Representative at Alliant Systems. Currently, they are employed at WebTPA as a Business Operations Analyst since March 2022.
Will Lancaster attended Texas A&M University from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Distribution with a focus on Engineering.
