Nora Figi has extensive experience in the food service industry, with a career that began at Wisconsin Union Catering from June 1998 to August 2005, where Nora served as Bar Manager. Since August 2005, Nora has been with Twin Cities Co-op Partners, progressing through several key roles including Refrigerated Grocery Buyer, Prepared Foods Manager, Prepared Foods Assistant Manager, and Kitchen Shift Lead. Nora holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Madison Area Technical College, earned between 2003 and 2005.
