Eche A. Ojile, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Vice President & General Manager of Operations at Wedgewood, focusing on end-to-end operations for a flagship manufacturing site and achieving key performance objectives in safety, quality, service, and financial targets. Previously, Eche held the position of Vice President of Operations at US Foods, overseeing a significant distribution network, and served as Vice President & General Manager of Supply Chain at Serta Simmons Bedding, where efforts centered on growth in the mattress-in-a-box category. Eche's extensive experience includes roles at Unilever as Senior Innovation Quality Manager and Technology & Innovation Engineering Manager, and positions at Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble, contributing to numerous product innovations and operational improvements. Eche holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from The City College of New York.
