Shelly Wu is an experienced learning and development professional currently serving as the Sr. Learning, Engagement and Talent Development Manager at Weee! since July 2021. Previously, Shelly held various roles at UNIQLO from January 2012 to July 2021, culminating as the Learning & Development Senior Training Manager, where responsibilities included creating workforce plans, leading learning strategy development, and designing training programs. Earlier experience includes positions in marketing and operations management within UNIQLO, as well as internships in corporate communications with the American Cancer Society and academic support at UCLA. Shelly holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from UCLA and a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University.
