Weezevent
Matthieu Guffroy has extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as Chief Technical Officer at Weezevent since January 2015, after progressing from Vice Chief Technical Officer. Matthieu has played a key role in transitioning the company's architecture from a PHP monolith to a microservices framework utilizing Django and Django REST framework, while also managing the maintenance of existing platforms and spearheading new projects. Matthieu also took full responsibility for the Cashless division during the 2017 season and contributed significantly to the technological development of the cashless solution following Weezevent's acquisition of Nemopay, a startup co-founded by Matthieu, which specializes in cashless payment solutions. Previous experiences include a Python and C++ development internship at FactSet Research Systems and foundational roles at Danone and MLstate. Matthieu holds an engineering degree in Computer Engineering focused on Systems and Networks from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
