Tsegay Tesfamichael is an accomplished compliance and risk management professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as the Principal Compliance Management Officer at Wegagen Bank since January 2018, Tsegay has previously held the position of Senior Risk Management Officer in the Credit Risk Management Division. Prior to that, Tsegay worked as a Banking Examiner at the National Bank of Ethiopia from July 2012 to January 2018.
