Ikhlass Shili currently holds the position of Research and Innovation Coordinator for the Horizon Europe Programme at WEglobal since September 2022. Previously, Ikhlass served as a European Project Manager for the International EURAXESS Network in Tunisia at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research from June 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities included proposal preparation and project management to enhance international collaboration. Prior to that, Ikhlass worked as a Project Manager at EQUINOCCIO, contributing to the National Management Unit of European Programmes in Tunisia. Early career experiences included internships in drilling engineering and petroleum engineering with ETAP and Primoil S.A., following an education in Well Drilling/Driller and Biology/Geology at esteemed institutions in Tunisia.
