Steve Johns

Steve Johns is a Partner in the infrastructure team at Weightmans LLP, having held this position since March 2018. Johns specializes in advising procuring authorities, contractors, and funders on large-scale infrastructure developments, with expertise in complex contracting and financing arrangements. Prior to joining Weightmans, Johns worked as a Solicitor at DLA Piper from September 2000 to February 2018. Additionally, Johns served as a Legal Advisor during a secondment to Partnerships for Schools in 2006, contributing to the early development of the national Building Schools for the Future Programme. Johns holds a BA in Law and Spanish from The University of Sheffield, where studies were completed from 1993 to 1997.
