Alice Yuan

Alice Yuan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and development. Currently serving as a Partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP since August 2024, Alice has previously held the same title at Massumi + Consoli LLP from April 2019 to August 2024. Alice has also held significant roles at j2 Global, including Vice President of Corporate Development in Cloud Services, and served as Assistant General Counsel in various capacities. Earlier in the career, Alice was a Partner and Associate at Kirkland & Ellis. Academically, Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University and a Doctor of Law from Stanford Law School.
