Liz Grefrath

Liz Grefrath is an associate in securities litigation at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where employment commenced in October 2021. Admitted to practice in New York State, Liz is also authorized to appear before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Prior to this role, Liz served as a special assistant to the National Legal Director and National Legal Department Administrator at the ACLU from July 2011 to July 2021 and gained valuable experience as a summer legal intern within various project areas at the ACLU. Liz's legal education was completed at Brooklyn Law School, where a Doctor of Law (J.D.) was awarded, graduating magna cum laude. Additional academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in History and English & Comparative Literature from Columbia University, along with involvement in multiple oral history projects and conferences throughout a diverse professional trajectory.
