Sarah Borden

Sarah Borden is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Since September 2014, Sarah has held various positions at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, progressing from Associate to Counsel and currently serving as a Partner. Prior to this role, Sarah was an Associate Attorney at K&L Gates from September 2013 to August 2014. Additional experience includes legal internships at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Sarah holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Tufts University. Educational foundations were further established at Phillips Exeter Academy. Admission to practice law is limited to New York.
