Jen Odza currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the COO at Weisiger Group, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jen worked at Boston National Title from February 2021 to January 2024, providing administrative support to the Presidents of both Boston National Title and Incenter Appraisal Management, overseeing executive team logistics, meeting coordination, and project management. Previously, Jen had extensive experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Doka USA, and held various administrative roles at ECI Conference Call Services, SkyTel, Radics & Company, and Middle Atlantic Products, developing a robust skill set in office management, event planning, and executive support. Jen's education was completed at Wayne Valley from 1992 to 1996.
