Kari Whelan-Ferguson

Kari Whelan-Ferguson has an extensive work experience in customer service. Kari started their career as the Director at Home Decorators Collection & Soft Surroundings, where they worked from 1989 to 2006. Kari then joined The Home Depot as the Director of Customer Service-St. Louis Contact Center from 2006 to 2011. Currently, they are working as the Director of Customer Service at Weissman Theatrical Supplies from 2011 onwards. In their roles, Kari has been responsible for directing and overseeing customer service policies, developing procedures, and providing strategic leadership.

Kari Whelan-Ferguson's education history includes attending Freed-Hardeman University, where they studied Business. Kari also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Additionally, Kari has obtained certifications such as the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2021 and the Learn Salesforce 2017: Lightning certification from Lynda.com in December 2017.
