Avi Einat

Avi Einat is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in technology and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Division at the Weizmann Institute of Science since December 2019, Avi previously held the role of HR VP at IMI Systems Ltd from January 2008 to May 2019. Avi's extensive experience includes leadership positions within the Israel Defense Forces, where responsibilities ranged from Head of HR (Col.) from May 2001 to September 2007 to Senior HR manager of Tech in the IDF HR division from January 1985 to January 1995, with a focus on intelligence and operations.
