Inbar Zohar

Inbar Zohar (Aharon) is a skilled researcher and co-founder of The Weizmann AMOTech Club since June 2022. Currently a PhD student at the Weizmann Institute of Science, Inbar focuses on utilizing nitrogen-vacancy centers in diamond as nano quantum sensors to interact with molecular spin qubits. Previously, as an MSc student at the Weizmann Institute, Inbar conducted research on brain metabolites in genetically engineered mice. Earlier academic experience includes research at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Harvard University, contributing to projects related to quantum systems and materials characterization. Inbar's foundational skills were developed during a military service as a Military Intelligence Officer in the Israel Defence Forces from 2008 to 2013. Inbar holds a Master of Science in Physical Chemistry and Neuroscience from the Weizmann Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Chemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
