Shir Shor

Shir Shor is an experienced Oracle Application Developer currently employed at the Weizmann Institute of Science since 2022. Previously, Shir served as an Oracle Team Leader at Arkia Israeli Airlines from January 2021 to June 2022 and held the position of Senior Programmer in the IDF from May 2008 to September 2013, where responsibilities included leading the programming team and developing a new system. In addition, Shir developed and maintained Oracle forms and reports and wrote complex SQL queries to meet customer requirements. Educational credentials include an M.A. in Information Technology from Bar-Ilan University (2018-2020) and a B.A. in History from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2014-2017), along with training at the IDF's Mamram School of Computer Professions.
