Taly Belgart

Taly Belgart is an experienced Procurement Vendor Manager with a strong background in supplier management and negotiations. Currently working at the Weizmann Institute of Science since October 2021, Taly is responsible for managing local and international suppliers, focusing on aspects such as pricing and commodity. Previously held a similar role at HP from April 2015 to October 2021, where Taly was involved in conducting negotiations and achieving cost reduction goals. Prior experience includes a position as Purchasing Manager at Sam-On / Meditec from November 2004 to April 2015. Taly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from The Open University of Israel.
