Rich's culinary journey also includes positions such as Executive Chef at Avila Golf and Country Club, Chef Garde Manger at Saddlebrook Resorts, and Banquet Chef at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. Rich started their career as a Banquet Cook at Golden Eagle Country Club and gained valuable experience as an Advanced Culinary Assistant at Walt Disney World. Rich holds a degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a certificate in Culinary Arts / Pastry from Mid Florida Technical Institute.
