Andy Rieth

Andy Rieth is an experienced business executive with a diverse background in strategic communications, human resources, and business development. Currently serving as a Board Member at PMC SMART Solutions since August 2022, Andy has held multiple leadership roles at Welch Packaging since June 2017, including Vice President of Marketing Communications and Culture, Vice President of Human Resources, Executive Vice President of Business Development, and General Manager. Prior experience includes founding telos, LLC and serving as Vice President of Investor Relations at Hill-Rom. A career at Guidant spanned over a decade with various executive responsibilities, and an earlier tenure at Eli Lilly and Company involved roles in sales management and strategic planning. Andy holds an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from DePauw University, along with study at The University of Freiburg.
