Neli Tsotsou

Neli Tsotsou is a skilled software engineer with diverse experience in back-end development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Back-End Software Engineer at Welcome Pickups since January 2024, Neli has previously held important roles at INOP and Sword Group, where responsibilities included both software engineering and Scrum Master duties. Neli's career began at SIGMASOFT S.A., progressing from Software Analyst to Development Team Lead. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Management Science and Technology from Athens University of Economics and Business and an integrated master's degree in Information & Communication Systems Engineering from the University of the Aegean.
