James Lei-Butters

James Lei-Butters has a strong background in the field of software engineering and development. James currently holds the position of System Engineer Manager at American Enterprise Group, Inc. starting from January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Team Lead at the same company from April 2021 to January 2022. From April 2018 to April 2021, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at American Enterprise Group, Inc.

Additionally, James has experience working at Land O Lakes as a Senior Application Systems Developer 1 from January 2018 to April 2018. Before that, they worked at United Suppliers, Inc. as a Senior Software Developer from September 2012 to December 2017. In this role, they were involved in designing, developing, and implementing custom applications, as well as integrating effective communications between multiple business unit applications.

Earlier in their career, James worked at Pearson North America as a Software Developer from January 2010 to September 2012. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Software Testing Analyst at Pearson North America from January 2006 to January 2010. James began their career as a Software Testing Engineer at Pearson from January 2000 to January 2006.

In addition to their professional experience, James has also served as the President of the Central Iowa Figure Skating Club from April 2014 to July 2015.

From 2004 to 2007, James Lei-Butters attended Kirkwood Community College, where they studied PC Programming and Mainframe Programming. James did not obtain a degree during this period.
