What We Do and How We Can Help: 

Wellbeing Insight is an LGBTQ+ owned and led group of consultants who provide inclusion and wellbeing policy, education coaching and research services to different types of organisations across different sectors. 

We use a data driven intersectional and lived experience approach to implement meaningful and measurable impact. 

Key services are: 

Policy:

Organisational: Enable for profit business, not for profit organisations and the public sector to promote a meaningful inclusive culture through person-centred equality and diversity policy, which increases staff and client retention, promotes wellbeing, and enhances service productivity. 

Public: Empower not for profit organisations and the public sector to develop and evaluate the inclusivity, efficiency, and impact of evidence-based health policy through stakeholder co-production planning and consultation processes. 

Education:

Empower for profit business, not for profit organisations and the public sector with comprehensive wellbeing and DEIB courses that are more effective at engaging their workforce, increasing the rate of knowledge being applied to practice, and improving organisational efficiency. 

Evaluation:

Our service empowers businesses, not-for-profit organisations, and the public sector to objectively assess their wellbeing service efficiency in tandem with relevant KPIs and outcomes. Using co-production methods, organisations can gain valuable insights to make meaningful improvements.

Research: 

Our service focuses on organisations providing wellbeing services, seeking to uncover new knowledge, utilising multiple methods. We aim to identify and address the underlying questions surrounding service provision and/or its influence on human wellbeing.
