Lisa Nord

Lisa Nord, SPTD, currently serves as the Director of HR Operations & Payroll at Wellbore Integrity Solutions, beginning in May 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Global Payroll & HR Projects Manager and Western Hemisphere HR Shared Services Lead & US Payroll Lead at Parker Wellbore, where responsibilities included HR operations, payroll processing, and system implementations. Lisa's earlier positions encompass a variety of HR functions, including talent management, EEO compliance, and internal controls, with significant contributions made at ABM Industries and Baker Hughes. Lisa earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University between 2015 and 2016.
