Lily Sommer

Lily Sommer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytics, strategic planning, and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Analytics at Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, Lily oversees analytics for programs that enhance employee wellbeing across numerous companies. Prior experience at UJA-Federation of New York included various roles culminating in Senior Analyst for Finance & Data Governance, where Lily directed a $140M grants budget and developed innovative management systems. With a strong educational background, including dual Master's degrees from NYU in Public Administration and Hebrew and Judaic Studies, and a Bachelor’s degree from Trinity College in Public Policy and Economics & International Studies, Lily combines analytical acumen with a commitment to community engagement and development.
