Rachael Dickinson (Assoc CIPD) serves as an HR Business Partner at Wellocks since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition and people services from previous roles at TRADEBE and Mars. Rachael's career includes positions as a People Services Advisor and Talent Acquisition Partner at TRADEBE, a globally recognized company in the environmental sector, and as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Mars, where Rachael enhanced recruitment strategies and achieved key performance indicators. Earlier, Rachael gained valuable experience at Korn Ferry, Novartis, and Cielo Talent, along with foundational roles in the hospitality sector and an internship with Lloyds Banking Group. Rachael holds a degree in German with Spanish from the University of Warwick and completed professional training through ICS Learn.
