WellPower
Raanan Moore is a clinical case manager at WellPower, responsible for managing a caseload of 20-30 high-risk adults with various diagnoses since December 2021. Previously, Raanan worked as a Children's Crisis Mobile Response Worker at Legacy Treatment Services, providing crisis intervention and developing individualized treatment plans. Raanan's earlier experience includes serving as a case manager at Oaks Integrated Care, working with at-risk youths, and providing direct care, crisis intervention, and therapeutic group facilitation. Raanan also has a background in security at Capital Health Regional Medical Center, dealing with diverse populations in mental health and trauma. Raanan holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Rutgers University and has educational experience from Stockton University and Princeton High School.
