Carla Norton

Carla Norton has over 25 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Corporate HR at Wells Vehicle Electronics since May 1999, where responsibilities include benefit administration, recruiting, safety, and HRIS administration. Previously, Carla held the position of HR Manager at Specialty Cheese Company, managing all HR functions as a one-person department. Carla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a diploma in Accounting and Business Management from Hartford Union High School.
