Debra-Kay Lyons

Debra-Kay Lyons is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in human resources management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Wellstar Health System since October 2021, Debra-Kay oversees daily operations for pre-employment processes and facilitates the preboarding of new hires. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at FedEx Ground and New York Community Bank, where responsibilities encompassed resolving HR matters and executing sourcing strategies. Debra-Kay also has significant experience in interviewing and new employee orientation from positions at The Home Depot and Target Corporation, as well as administrative support skills gained during military service with the US Army.
