Penny Ferrell

Penny Ferrell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee wellness, health education, and customer service. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Employee Wellness & Work-Life Programs at Wellstar Health System since 2010, Penny has also held the role of Executive Director of Employee Wellness & Health Education and Manager of Customer Service & Patient Relations during tenure. Previous experiences include consulting in licensing and branding at Lemur Licensing, managing end-use apparel for Teflon at DuPont, overseeing licensing at The Coca-Cola Company, and serving as Product Manager at Goody Products. Penny holds a BA in Marketing from Georgia State University, completed in 1989, and graduated from Central Gwinnett High School in 1985.
