Nick Bilanow has extensive work experience in various financial roles. Nick began their career as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in September 2005 and remained in that position until February 2013. In March 2013, they joined Welltower Inc. as an Internal Audit Manager and held this role until October 2015. From October 2015 to May 2018, they served as the Manager of Corporate FP&A at Welltower Inc. Nick then advanced to the position of Assistant Vice President of Accounting from June 2018 to January 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Accounting at Welltower Inc. starting from January 2021.
Nick Bilanow earned an MBA in Accounting and a BBA from Ohio University between 2000 and 2005. Nick also holds additional certifications including the Certified Corporate FP&A Professional from the Association for Financial Professionals, obtained in September 2016, and the Certified Public Accountant from The Ohio Society of CPAs, obtained in 2007.
