Nikhil Chaudhri is Senior Vice President, Co-Head of US Investments at Welltower Inc. and leads the structuring and execution of the firm’s US debt and equity investments.
Mr. Chaudhri joined Welltower in 2016, and in his role as Vice President, Investments, he executed key portfolio acquisitions and dispositions and formed numerous strategic joint ventures and programmatic development partnerships.
Prior to joining Welltower, Mr. Chaudhri worked at JPMorgan Chase Bank, where he structured interest rate and currency derivatives for the firm’s US corporate clients.
Mr. Chaudhri holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSE in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Michigan.
