Julian Hatbauer

Julian Hatbauer is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in management and corporate strategy. Currently serving as a Member of the Group Management Board at Welser Profile since March 2019, Julian oversees several key areas including Group Operational Excellence, Group People/HR, Group Transformation, Group Strategy, and Group Corporate Development. Prior roles include Vice President People & Strategy and Chief of Transformation Office within the same company, as well as Vice President of Welser Profile North America. Julian has also held director-level positions at Simon-Kucher & Partners and served as a lecturer at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business. Academic qualifications include studies at the Technical University of Munich, Technische Universität Graz, and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
