Tim Sauber

Tim Sauber is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in business management and strategic development, currently serving as a Managing Director on the Group Management Board at Welser Profile GmbH since January 2016. Tim oversees a transition to a modern Cell Organization for 2,500 employees, focusing on principles of autonomy, collaboration, and transparency. Prior roles include Head of Global Sales and Marketing, Head of RP Technik, and key positions at Hilti Group, where Tim managed significant sales, marketing, and operational responsibilities across various regions and sectors. Tim's education includes a Ph.D. in Innovation Management and a degree in Production Engineering from ETH Zürich, as well as a Transition to General Management program at INSEAD.
