Ed started their career with Armstrong World Industries as a Senior Account Manager, where they successfully delivered revenue sales for residential and commercial ceiling, walls, and suspension systems at Lowe's Home Improvement. Ed then worked at Oldcastle as a National Sales Manager for Lowe's Home Improvement, leading a team of regional managers and sales associates. Later, they joined Pergo as the Director of Sales for Lowe's Home Improvement, where they strategically partnered to develop and grow Lowe's share of the market for Pergo laminate flooring. Ed also worked at Mohawk Industries as a Director of Sales and later as the Regional Vice President for Canada and North America, providing strategic sales leadership and guiding the company's development and implementation of national strategies. Currently, they are working as the Vice President Sales National Account at Welspun Flooring, where they were recruited to establish the US Sales Division and optimize sales and profitability.
