Andrea Herz

Andrea Herz has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and consulting. Andrea started their career as a Praktikantin at Personal- und Unternehmensberatung Dreßen in 1996. Andrea then worked as a Trainee at Delegiertenbüro der Deutschen Wirtschaft (DIHT), Singapur in 1998. In 1999, they became a Junior Consultant at Seeger Consult Management und Personalberater GmbH. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Consultant at OUTSIDE IN your recruiting agency, Köln. Andrea then joined Welthungerhilfe, where they started as a Personalreferentin in 2009 and gradually moved up to become an HR Manager / Deputy Head of HR in 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at Welthungerhilfe.

Andrea Herz obtained a degree in Diplom Betriebswirtin (FH) with a focus on Personalmanagement from the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken between 1993 and 1997.
