Amy Woods

Amy (Lumpkin) Woods is an accomplished professional in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Technology at The Wendy's Company. Previously, Amy held various leadership roles at Nordson Corporation, including Global Total Rewards Leader and Sr. Director of US/Canada Human Resources & Global Rewards. Amy’s experience also includes management positions in compensation and benefits at Eaton, and human resources management at Nokia and GE Power Systems. Amy holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Miami University.
