Thomas Brockman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Thomas served as the Director of Information Technology at WennSoft, a construction and field service solutions company, from October 2012 onwards. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they were a Member of the Bryant & Stratton IT Advisory Board. Thomas also worked as the Director of Information Technology at the National Funeral Directors Association from 2007 to 2012, where they supported members in providing high-quality funeral services. Before these roles, Thomas had a brief period of unemployment in 2007. Thomas held positions at Data Dimensions, starting as a Director of IT in May 2006 and later becoming the Vice President of IT until March 2007. Thomas also worked at Grede Foundries, Inc., serving as the Technical Support Manager and later as the IT Manager. In addition, Thomas was the IT Manager at Whitehead Specialities from 1986 to 1988.

Thomas Brockman completed their Bachelor's degree in Management of Technology at Kennedy-Western University from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued studies in Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1984 to 1986. Thomas also attended Creighton University from 1982 to 1984, where they studied Psychology and Computer Science. Thomas completed their high school education at Monroe High School from 1978 to 1982.
