Min Tian

Min Tian is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in system engineering, control, and architecture within the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at WeRide.ai since April 2021, Min previously held various technical leadership roles at SERES EV, where responsibilities included designing and validating vehicle powertrain control algorithms. Prior experience at Tesla spanned contributions to vehicle specification design for Model 3 and fault tolerance requirements for critical systems, as well as integration work on the Autoparking system. Min's career began with a master's degree in Automotive Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, complemented by a bachelor's degree in Vehicle Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, along with early internships that included significant contributions to Adaptive Cruise Control systems.
