Mike Peterson

Mike Peterson is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Sr. Litigation Counsel at Werner Enterprises since January 2017. Prior to this role, Mike practiced as a Lawyer at PANSING HOGAN ERNST & BACHMAN LLP from January 2015 to December 2016, and previously at Hotz, Weaver, Flood, Breitkreutz & Grant from August 2006 to December 2014. The focus of Mike's practice has primarily been on commercial and business litigation in state and federal courts, including extensive experience in trial work, drafting and arguing motions and briefs, and handling various disputes such as contract, employment, and bankruptcy adversary matters. Mike earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Creighton University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History and Spanish from Oregon State University.
