Andrew is a world recognized leader in geographic information systems (GIS), data science and applied epidemiology for humanitarian aid and global health. He founded the Nethope.org UAV working group and co-directs the UAViators Humanitarian UAV Network. He received advanced degrees in social analysis and public policy from New York University and the University of Michigan.
