David Boctor

David Boctor, MOL, has extensive experience in partner development and organizational consulting. Currently serving as Partner Development Manager at Wescom Credit Union since May 2020, David has held various roles within the organization focused on relationship management. As an Independent Consultant from January 2013 to August 2023, David specialized in organizational development, team building, staff training, executive coaching, performance management, and operational improvements. Previous roles include Operations Manager at The Heights Animal Hospital, where David managed hospital operations and implemented successful marketing strategies, and Business Development Manager at the Credit Union of Southern California, developing membership programs and local community relationships. David's career also includes positions in media relations and event organization at notable companies such as Coffin Communication Group and The Walt Disney Company. David holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication, both from Biola University.
