Jaime Favela

Jaime Favela, MBA, is a seasoned professional in data science and business analytics with significant experience in the financial and automotive sectors. Currently, Jaime serves as the Data Science and Business Analytics Manager at Wescom Credit Union since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jaime held various positions at Logix Federal Credit Union, including Advanced Analytics Analyst and Research and Innovation Analyst, from August 2018 to June 2022. Jaime’s extensive background at Automotive Credit Corporation from 2002 to August 2018 includes roles as Senior Business Analyst, Director of Business Analytics, and involvement in business strategy that led to substantial revenue growth. An early career as an Engineer Intern at GM Engineering Inc. provided foundational industry experience. Jaime holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same university.
