Maxwell Tighe is currently the Manager VDC Services at Wesgroup Properties. Prior to their current role, Maxwell held positions such as Head of Digital Transformation and Innovation at Naikoon Contracting Ltd, Head of Innovation and Technical Manager at CadMakers, and Project Modeling Designer at CadMakers Company Inc. With a background in Aerospace Engineering from Ryerson University, Maxwell has also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Avcorp Industries and as a Junior Field Engineer at Weatherford. Maxwell has experience in NCR planning, investigation, tooling design, and has worked on projects such as the Bombardier CH 605 Horizontal Stabilizer and Lockheed Martin F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Outboard Wing.
