Adam Leonard is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people and culture leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Manager of People and Culture at Wesley Mission since January 2021, Adam previously held key positions including Director of People and Culture at South Western Sydney Local Health District and General Manager of People and Culture at Anglicare, which formed from the merger of Anglican Retirement Villages and Anglicare Sydney. Adam's career began in the Department of Defence, where multiple roles spanned two decades, leading to various HR-related positions in organizations such as Mission Australia, Anglicare Sydney, and Hope Healthcare. Adam holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management (Employment Relations) from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Leadership from the University of New England.
