Nitin Parakh holds extensive experience in financial management and business strategy within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Business Services Manager for the Disability & Aged Care Portfolio at Wesley Mission since November 2014. In this role, Nitin oversees financial, rostering, and system support functions, having achieved significant milestones such as developing a workforce analysis model and managing the annual budgeting process amid sector changes. Prior roles at Wesley Mission include Business Manager for Community Aged Care and Strategy & Business Support, where contributions included implementing financial controls and conducting economic evaluations. Nitin's previous experience includes part-time consultancy at GradConnection and several managerial roles at KPMG Advisory, where a focus on strategy development and financial planning was prominent. Nitin's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance & Strategy from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and qualifications as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
